We would like to confirm that the Maldon Festival is unaffected by the change in government restrictions relating to Covid announced today. Social distancing and bio security provisions are already factored into the Festival plans. Audiences will be escorted to their allocated seating areas spaced according to the guidelines for Covid security. The Festival organisers are looking forward to welcoming audiences to enjoy live music safely and in person.

Announcing the Maldon Festival 2021 – The ‘Fresh Start Festival’
The Maldon Festival is delighted to announce the 2021 Festival is running from 25th June to 11th July. It will provide a fortnight of art and music performed for audiences on line and in person. This year’s programme features all the favourites from previous years: a children’s concert; an open-air opera; a seaside Soul concert; the silent movie night; a choral performance starring local choirs and leading professional performers; a jazz extravaganza plus headline concerts featuring award winning artists.
